Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know when it’s time?
We understand this can be a difficult decision, and it might never feel like the “right” time. But we’ll always discuss your pet’s health and quality of life and guide you through the decision with compassion and honesty - making sure you know all of the options and without pressuring you to make any immediate decisions.
What should I expect?
Our end-of-life services include sedation, to ensure your pet’s as peaceful and comfortable as possible as they move on. In reality, it usually looks as though they’re very relaxed, and going into a peaceful sleep.
We’ll explain each step in advance, and you’ll have control over the experience. Our goal is to provide a gentle, peaceful transition for your pet and a supportive environment for you.
You can decide what happens after your pet’s passed; whether they stay at home or you choose to use the services of a crematorium - which we can recommend, or you can choose your own.
