1.Membership Duration: All membership are for a minimum duration of 12 months.

2. Inclusions: We offer three levels of membership:

  • Emerald: Includes year-round anti-parasitics (flea and worm treatment) delivered to the client's registered address every 3 months, vet advice via the Collar app, and a 10% discount on written prescriptions.

  • Ruby: Includes all Emerald benefits plus annual core vaccines (including FeLV) in one visit (includes travel fee), 2 telemedicine appointments per year, 1 annual urine screen, 10% discount on consultation fees, and 10% discount on travel services such as Rabies vaccine and Animal Health Certificates.

  • Diamond: Includes all Ruby benefits plus unlimited telemedicine appointments, 20% discount on consultation fees, and 20% discount on travel services.

3.Pricing: Membership pricing is as follows:

  • Emerald: £9.50 per month

  • Ruby: £21.50 per month.

  • Diamond: £27.50 per month.

  • Memberships can be paid monthly or yearly. If paid yearly, a discount equivalent to 1 month's payment will be applied (pay for 11 months and get 1 month free). Yearly payments are thus equivalent to a 11-month payment.

4. Non-Cancellable Plans: Membership plans cannot be cancelled before the completion of the 12-month period. After the initial year plans are cancellable with a 30-day notice period.

5. Early Termination: In the event of early termination, you will be charged for the remaining period of the plan in a single payment, or the full price of the benefits used, whichever is lower.

6. Eligibility for Treatments: To receive flea and worm treatments, your pet must either:

  • Be vaccinated (using the benefits of the membership), during which a full clinical exam will be performed, or

  • Be consulted by a veterinary surgeon, where a full clinical exam will be performed. This is a requirement by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

7. Consultation Fees: If a consultation is required to meet the eligibility criteria, it is not included in the membership plan and will be charged according to the standard price list. Any associated travel fees will also be charged.

8. Payment: Monthly payments must be made in full and on time and will be automatically processed via the Collar app.

9. Multi-Pet Household: For households with more than one pet holding a Ruby or Diamond membership, a 10% discount on subsequent Ruby or Diamond-level memberships will be applied. This discount is only valid for Ruby and Diamond levels.

10. Benefits Non-Transferable: All benefits provided under the membership plan are non-transferable and can only be applied to the pet named on the membership.

11. Unused Benefits: Unused benefits will not roll over to the next membership period and must be used within the 12 months of starting the membership.

12. Changes to Plan: Any changes to the membership plan must be agreed upon by both parties and may be subject to additional charges.

13. Renewal: Plans will automatically renew for another 12-month period, unless canceled at the end of the current term.
